The ECM Titanium Training Course (Petrol) is designed to help you master petrol engine ECU remapping using the powerful and intuitive ECM Titanium software. This course takes you from the fundamentals of petrol engine management to advanced tuning techniques, making it ideal for automotive technicians, garage owners, and tuning enthusiasts who want to unlock more power, efficiency, and drivability from modern petrol engines. You’ll learn how sensors, fuel injection, ignition timing, and actuators work together under ECU control, and how precise calibration can enhance performance, torque, throttle response, and fuel economy. The course introduces key tools for reading and writing ECU data such as KESS V2, KTAG, My Genius, and Auto Tuner, with practical guidance on safe and effective operation using OBD, JTAG, and Boot Mode. Focusing on ECM Titanium, you’ll gain hands-on experience interpreting and modifying essential ECU maps such as spark advance, fuel, torque, engine load, air intake, RPM limiter, and lambda control, while understanding torque-based ECU logic for safe and efficient tuning. Through real-world projects on vehicles like BMW, Volkswagen, and Porsche, you’ll perform full remap procedures including diagnostics, file editing, rewriting, and testing on a dynamometer.
