The ECM Titanium Diesel ECU Remapping Training Course is designed to help learners master the entire process of diesel ECU tuning — from foundational knowledge to real-world project applications. Throughout the course, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how the fuel injection system, sensors, and actuators work together, and how the ECU controls overall engine performance. You’ll also learn the purpose and benefits of ECU remapping, including improvements in power, torque, fuel efficiency, and drivability. In addition, the course covers essential hardware and tools such as ECU reading/writing devices, diagnostic interfaces, and safe connection methods via OBD, JTAG, or bench mode. The main focus is on the ECM Titanium software — you’ll get hands-on experience with its interface, learn to analyze ECU file structures, identify and edit map tables such as Fuel, Torque, Boost, Air Mass, EGR, and more through an intuitive workflow. Finally, you’ll apply your knowledge in real remapping projects with vehicles like BMW, Volkswagen, and other major brands, following every step from diagnostics, file extraction, and modification to flashing and performance testing on a dynamometer. The course also includes practical guidance on interpreting test data and fine-tuning ECU files for optimal results, helping you become a confident and professional tuner ready to handle real-world challenges.
